We can complete the purchase in a week. Many times homeowners would like to sell quickly. Alternately, sometimes a delayed sale is what is needed. We can accommodate whatever schedule works best for you.
Will you still buy my house even if there is a tenant living there?
Yes. Even if the house has a tenant, with or without a lease, we are still interested in making you an offer to buy the house. We can complete the purchase with the tenants in place.
My House Is In Bad Shape and Has a Major Problem.
That is fine. We are a very experienced contracting company (our first fixer was in 1985) we have renovated all types of homes that were in really bad shape when they were purchased.
Are any repairs or clean-up necessary before you will buy a house for cash?
No. We buy homes for cash in “As-Is” condition.
Do you pay a fair price?
Yes we pay a fair price. The price we are able to offer you takes into account the condition of the property, amount of repairs or upgrades we will do to the home. Do I have to pay a commission?
There is no fee, no real estate commissions and in most cases, no closing costs for our service. In fact, if we can’t help you, we will give you the benefit of our years of experience and try to point you in the right direction for any professional service you might need.
How long does it take to get an offer?
We can usually get you an offer within 24 hours if you are able to show us the property or give access to it.
If I request an offer from you, am I obligated to sell you my house?
Absolutely not! You have nothing to lose. It doesn’t hurt to see what we can offer you for your house.
